Improve your Return Speed. Serve Without Sight.

Return reaction training

When the ball machine fires, the lenses turn opaque, blocking your view. Only as the ball crosses the net do they switch transparent, revealing the ball at the very last moment. This forces your body and mind to react faster, anticipate better, and play with unmatched focus.

Fine-tune your focus and reflex training with millisecond-precise control of the opening delay. Build intensity step by step, challenge your timing, and develop elite-level reaction skills.

Most players reach their limits within just ten minutes — a truly revolutionary workout for the modern tennis athlete.

Autonomous Training Mode

QShot also features an Autonomous Mode, enabling players to train without external assistance. The system connects seamlessly with external sensors or ball machines. Each shot automatically triggers the occlusion sequence — from blackout to full visibility — at precisely timed intervals.

With adjustable parameters, coaches and players can customize every millisecond of visibility, simulating real match pressure and enhancing visual discipline.

Blindfold service training

The special service training drill begins with the player tossing the ball while wearing the QShot glasses in transparent mode. Just before the ball reaches its highest point, the glasses switch to opaque mode — forcing the player to complete the serve without visual guidance.

In practice, it usually takes around 20 serves before the player is able to consistently make contact with the ball while blind.

After this period, the player can hit almost every serve accurately without seeing the ball, resulting in a significant improvement in service technique, timing, and body coordination.
